Roy- > I wanted to email you and thank you for your prompt and courteous service that we received today! It was a bit of a stressful situation> for me as I am about to take maternity leave- imagine my concern when our always reliable Summit radiograph machine suddenly seemed to be having problems...the bulb was out and only every other radiograph was developing! You guys were great to come out within one day of our calling, replaced our bulb for us, and educated us that it was operator error with the foot peddle- whew! All at no charge!
