MARKET FORGE STERILZER, Model STME...16"dia x 26" deep chamber...big & fast!

A compact sterilizer that does a big sterilizer job!  With a chamber that will hold up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" trays, and an 8 minute time to reach operating temperature from a cold start, ( 3 - 7 min when warm) the Market Forge is fast and efficient.  Two versions are available.  The Model MF-STME has a preset temperature of 250F.  The Model MF-STME-L has an adjustable thermostat that allows a temperature range of 230F to 250F.  Fast or slow (for liquids) exhaust time is selectable.  The Market Forge is easy to operate...fill the reservoir with water, load, close the door and set the time.  The unit shuts off and exhausts automatically.  UL & CSA listed for your safety.  Regular price for the Market Forge MF-STME is $9,324.00 fob factory. Units can be ordered 220v single or three phase.   Actual voltage range is 208 - 240.  Single phase is a 3 wire connection, plus ground and three phase is a four wire connection, plus ground. 

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION...The STME & STME-L does not come with a line cord.  Your installing electrician will need to provide a suitable cord.  Please note that while the heaters of the STM-E & L require a nominal 220 volt line, the timer and controls use a nominal 110 VAC line.  Therefore the wiring for the single phase version is really 2 "hots" a neutral and a ground for a total of 4 conductors.  The 3 phase version (which is field changeable from single phase) requires 5 conductors including the ground.  We hope this assists you in your planning.  Please call or email Rduncan@Leswilkins.com if any additional questions.  The unit is rated at 12KW at 236 VAC.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
